At SPG we are dedicated to excellence in mental and physical assessment and training from young athletes to Olympians
Established in 2004, SPG’s primary focus is on the physical and mental skills development of youth athletes, many of whom have subsequently competed at international, professional, national, collegiate and state level. We offer a range of programs and services, from developing the fundamentals in FAST KIDS™ to elite/pro training.
SPG has a proven reputation as a leading national provider of sports performance assessment, training and education. We see the problems that limit an athlete’s performance and have the answers to resolve them. Our performance experts have over 35 combined years experience working with athletes, coaches, parents and youth organizations.
We believe that every athlete, regardless of ability, has the right to a positive and rewarding experience in sport. Accordingly we work extensively as advocates and educators in identifying and answering the key issues that negatively affect athletes in youth sport. At SPG our success is based upon doing the right things, at the right time, the right way, and caring about every athletes development & well being.
